[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking meter and neighbourhood permit system includes purchase and installation of approximately 1,300 single space meters and the associated software which consists of replacing approximately 950 existing single space meters and an expansion of approximately 350 additional single space meters.
- To implement technological improvements to provide simplicity for the customers, maintenance staff, and parking enforcement.
- provide a consistent approach to support an interconnected system of parking and transportation services.
- demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the coordination of parking systems, other modes of transportation, and land use planning.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
