[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide coordination of benefits and third-party liability management services to develop an integrated solution to manage the state’s coordination of benefits and third-party liability program and related services,
- Cost Avoidance which includes the identification of previously unknown other health care insurance policies for all medicaid check-up eligible members, and verification and maintenance of all known TPL data,
- Post payment recoveries of overpaid medicaid and check-up expenditures from commercial insurers for both fee for service and managed care delivery models, overpayment recoveries from providers due to Medicare coverage, and any other third-party payor recovery due to insurance, as well as casualty tort recoveries,
- Other third-party recovery services to include, but not limited to:
- Medicaid Estate Recoveries,
- Recovery Audit Contractors,
- Access to employer-based health insurance plans,
- Coordinating coverage provided by the state plan for medicaid and private health insurance and
- Provide assistance to eligible participants for medicaid to purchase private health insurance,
- Web services, lockbox services, and other applications to support Medicaid COB and TPL activities.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
