[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial off the shelf enterprise content management system replacement to avert issues related to planned technology obsolescence, including data vulnerabilities and platform support, improve data processing and management, meeting State and Federal regulatory requirements and improve user experience with the State web presence.
- Migrate the State’s web content and assets
- Obtain a contract for system administration support to include hosting, hosting support, technical support and maintenance
- system and website administration are handled by the AITS Web Team, while website ownership and content editing are the responsibility of the respective State departments, divisions, boards, commissions and offices of elected state officials
- server operating systems, end-user clients, tools, system components, databases and browser plug-ins
- Identification of schedule slippage and strategy for resolution
- Develop a Risk Management Plan to ensure that risks are identified, planned for, analyzed, communicated and acted upon effectively.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2020

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
