[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare system for remote services, describe in detail your electronic software system used for (a) electronic transmittal of medical information and maintenance of appropriate levels of encryption, and (b) tracking and responding to federal audits, specifically the Medicare recovery audit program using recovery audit contractors to audit for hospital billing and payment errors, validation audits and the like.
- Discuss your process for screening sensitive information
- Discuss your process for faxing, copying and scanning of medical records
- Discuss your process for investigating and reporting potential privacy violations including breach management and notification
- If applicable, indicate any future plans on software enhancements.
- If applicable, identify any third-party entities that will be responsible for software support
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 21, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
