[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide portfolio management system to vet, budget, and prioritize State expenditures,
- The system should provide XML APIs for all user relevant system data,
- The system’s GUI should be a series of webpages that employ XML schemas based on the middleware’s APIs,
- GUI pages should be task oriented, with the objective of assigning a single task to each page,
- GUI pages should include screen sensitive help,
- All TIN related data, including text fields, should be stored in a repository where all text associated with an investment notification can be easily retrieved by users,
- System access should use a middleware solution that manages sessions and active threads,
- The middleware should be configurable to be able to import data from other State systems, particularly State-Wide ERP System,
- The workflow engine should support Sequential Routing,
- The workflow engine should support Parallel Routing,
- The workflow engine should support Iterative Routing,
- The workflow engine should support Conditional Routing,
- The workflow engine should support Explicit and Implicit Condition Routing,
- The system should simultaneously support multiple workflow paths for multiple notification types,
- The system should support multiple simultaneous workflow paths for a single notification type.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
