Vendor needs to provide bus stop real time signage and content management system.
- Content Management System that ability to support the hardware and software, ability to deploy selected signs and systems, description of type of training to be provided to city and cost thereof within the proposal, description of maintenance and customer service support, customer support - describe how you will structure customer support services to be able to respond within two (2) hours of initial contact by the city, ability to read data from the existing downtown loop vehicle Zonar GPS fleet management tracking system, estimated hours to complete each task and level of effort from identified key staff.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
