(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation system management plan to make transparent and performance-based investments in traffic control and in ITS infrastructure, as well as to equip staff to manage and operate the transportation system efficiently and effectively to the government authority located Carson City, NV.
- asset management program for transportation infrastructure with the goal of improving the efficiency and reliability of the transportation system.
- transportation system maintained by the City consists of different systems including full vehicular traffic signals, signalized pedestrian crossings, flashing beacons, radar speed signs, signalized school zones, streetlights, and illuminated and standard street signs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 30, 2020.
