[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consolidated financial management system manages payments and tracks metrics that influence those payments on spreadsheets shared to a network drive.
- CFMS should document and implement workflows, approval chains and permissions to increase financial visibility across the department, formulas, payments and other transactions should have clear documentation for auditing and other compliance needs, the CFMS should have a robust mechanism for generating reports for various audiences utilizing the inputted data in a raw data format, a visual format, and narrative, where applicable, perspective reports should have the ability for export into Microsoft Office applications.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 27, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
