[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal agent administration service to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Verify the qualifications of applicants requesting support from the NUSF fund.
- Collect assessments from each telecommunication provider and deposit the funds into the NUSF.
- Send and retain proof of service of 30-, 60-, and 90-day past due notices to entities delinquent in filing and/or financial obligations to the NUSF.
- Send two written notices, 30 days apart, to telecommunication providers that have overpaid their financial obligation
- Allow telecommunication providers approved for NUSF draws to draw from the NUSF quarterly while ensuring those providers do not overdraw.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than April 8, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
