[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide improvement collaborative evaluation and research services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Develop an evaluation plan to include a logic model, to measure the effects of the multi-grant.
- Review baseline data and needs assessments from schools for a comprehensive baseline report
- Develop instruments/tools/rubrics for collecting data
- Evaluate the impact of the interventions to determine if the interventions are effective
- Use formative evaluation data to provide iterative feedback loops to the District
- Complete and submit evaluation reports, details based on intervention, and data availability
- Work in conjunction with the research group to ensure alignment between evaluation and research processes
- Complete all District process protocols required to access school data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 23, 2020.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
