[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide disadvantaged business enterprise supportive services for targeted skills training to primarily construction and related industry DBEs that have been identified through previous skills assessment to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- staff, consultants and community partners, provide or arrange for targeted skills training to DBEs including bid strategy, assessing business opportunities, estimating and bidding, bonding education and assistance, finance and accounting training, and other training needed to close identified skills gaps
- Hosting outreach and networking events that inform DBEs and non-DBEs of the services available and how to participate in them
- Provide and staff a small/disadvantaged business resource center for highway construction related firms in Nevada.
- Tracking performance and relationship with DBE and Prime to address any issues that can hinder progress within program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
