(1) Vendor needs to provide exploratory modeling and analysis tool to develop a practical application of the Travel Model Improvement Program.

- evolving sensitivity and risk analysis approaches utilizing travel demand models to forecast uncertainty, can be used to understand the effect of future mobility impacts on travel patterns, and incorporates exploratory-type visualizers to present and analyze the results.
- to explore a range of policy levers and modeling assumptions to manage the considerable uncertainties we are facing now in transportation planning.
