[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide high school auditorium audio equipment supplies to review existing system components including but not limited to the buildings primary power system and distribution components, standby generator, battery backup system, clearances and capacity, current and remaining loads, as well as opportunities to improve electrical reliability of the facility,
- Complete power system analyses to include electrical safety and reliability, used and available capacity, power quality, device coordination, grounding, short circuit, and arc-flash hazard,
- Identify concerns with existing system components with respect to code minimums, industry trends, and standard practices for emergency communication center,
- Complete a site visit to review existing system components including but not limited to the technology equipment spaces, tower and antenna support structures, equipment racks and cabinets, environmental control systems, backup power systems, surge and transient protection systems, grounding systems, low voltage facilities, as well as opportunities to improve the communication system reliability of the facility.
- Identify immediate and future needs, level of risk, and remaining useful life of the communication system components, etc. to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 15, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
