Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document scanning and imaging services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and imaging services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI or higher in TIFF Group IV format.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 1,020,000 images, 2,167,500 keystroke and historical volume was 180,000 pages.
(3) A pre-bid conference will be held on August 5, 2015.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office premises.
