(1) Vendor needs to provide customer satisfaction and feedback survey to help improve transportation facilities and services in state, the customer feedback will help in the following to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Improving the movement of people and goods across state
- Enhancing public, elected officials, and stakeholder’s participation in the decision-making process
- Providing a safe, efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective transportation system
- Protecting the environment and natural resources, and improving air quality.
- Improving system reliability by reducing congestion.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
