Government Authority located in Reno, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic physical access control system upgrades.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic physical access control system upgrades to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- To perform an upgrade of the existing physical access control system per project documentation and drawings,
- A summarized design intent includes an upgrade and replacement of existing cable infrastructure to accommodate an open architecture IP-to-the-Door approach for all existing card readers locations. Contractor shall provide certified Berktek/Leviton CP5300 High PoE UTP System,
- Contractor shall provide and install (94) PoE reader interface modules and enclosures. Contractor shall provide terminations to existing electronic locking hardware, sensors, output devices and ancillary items that are to remain and used for continued operation,
- Contractor shall be responsible for existing device/s successful integration with new specified control system components, including any termination points as to ensure its usage and integration with new head-end equipment and software.
(2) A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on July 7, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
