[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an Eligibility and Enrollment software system vendor E and E system or system.
- The proposed system must have functionality for PEBP’s member services to add notes to participant profiles and update records as necessary to complete day to day operational duties. Indicate that your proposed system has this capability.
- The proposed system must have the capability to work in all web browsers. Indicate that your proposed system has this capability.
- The proposed system must have a comprehensive search function with different fields (First/Last name, dependents, last 4 SSN, PEBP specific ID). Indicate that your proposed system has this capability.
- The proposed system must have the functionality to create tasks for PEBP staff based off employee changes. Indicate that your proposed system has this capability.
- The proposed system must display participant demographics including plan information, and dependents by default. Indicate that your proposed system has this capability.
- The proposed system must include a comprehensive timeline for each participant with the ability to examine each event to see further information (any documents, notes, tasks, etc.) associated with each event. Indicate that your proposed system has this feature.
- The proposed system must have the functionality to allow PEBP staff to make changes on records and accounts themselves.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2020

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
