Vendor needs to provide water main replacement service to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Installing 3,309 linear feet of 8-inch water main,
- 35 residential water services (singles, doubles, and one triple),
- 4 fire hydrants, one
- ¾ inch air release valve, 56 linear feet of CMP storm drain, asphalt and concrete patching,
- Abandonment of existing
- Water main and water services,
- Associated work.

• Pipe size, classification, material, and manufacturer
• Top of pipe elevation and location at slope changes, crossings, and direction changes
• Valve size, type, manufacturer, top nut elevation and location
• Fitting size, type, manufacturer, and location
• Fire Hydrant manufacturer, barrel lengths, barrel manufacturer and location
- Sewer
• Pipe size, classification, material, and manufacturer
• Manhole type, manufacturer, size, rim elevation, invert elevations (in and out), and location.
Complete manhole verification form provided in contract documents.
• End of Sewer lateral northing, easting, and elevation at station. Complete sewer lateral verification form provided in contract documents.
• Top of pipe elevation at crossings
- Storm Drain
• Pipe size, classification, material, and manufacturer
• Drop inlet size, manufacturer, and type
Sand oil interceptor and other storm drain interceptor type, size, manufacturer and location
• Ditch, channel, and basin slope elevations (verify at locations shown on plans and notedifference)
