[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call civil services and related professional design services includes engineering and design for civil, structural, mechanical, geotechnical, electrical, environmental, hydraulic (drainage), landscape architecture, and construction projects throughout to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Site plans, including parking, and building floor plans.
- Building sections and elevations.
- Selection of building systems and materials.
- Development of dimensions, areas, and volumes.
- Perspective sketches, if required.
- Preliminary exiting plan and code analysis
- Power service and distribution.
- Lighting.
- Fire detection and alarms.
- Security systems.
- Electronic communications.
- Special electrical systems.
- General space requirements for electrical equipment and systems
- Identification of potential architectural materials, systems and equipment, and their criteria and quality standards.
- Investigation of availability and suitability of alternative architectural materials, systems and equipment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
