[A] Budget: Up to 40,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general municipal counsel, legal services, guidance on special projects, and advising the town to the government authority located in Gardnerville, NV.
- Town Attorney functions are, but not limited to: legal advice on a variety of legal matters to the governing body and designated staff of the town, advice regarding government operations, open meetings, public information, compliance with state labor commission, town ordinances, county code, and state revised statutes; prepare and/or review agreements, contracts, ordinances, resolutions, deeds and other legal instruments; proactive legal advice while attending town board meetings and occasional special meetings and workshops and staying abreast and informing the town of new or proposed state and federal legislation affecting the town.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than August 17, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
