Vendor needs to provide occupational medical services for their employees and workplaces. Medical examinations including medical surveillance, preventive medical services, and clearance examinations to meet regulatory requirements are based on employee job descriptions and job tasks to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
- medical services as needed, routine employee surveillance physicals, exposure/excursion incident response assessments, physical examination clearances which are required for licensing, certification, or clearance for wearing of respirators, and vaccinations or immunizations related to employee work duties.
- Certified, regularly calibrated equipment for pulmonary function testing, audiogram and electrocardiography.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
