[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory alcohol and drug testing services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Collection and testing of breath or blood to detect the general presence of alcohol
- Urine, blood, or other bodily substance to detect the general presence of a controlled substance
- A positive test result for alcohol would be a concentration of alcohol in the person’s blood or breath greater than .02 gram by weight of alcohol per 100 millilitres of his or her blood or per 210 litres of his or her breath
- A positive result on a screening test of a person’s breath shall be confirmed by a second screening test
- The second screening test shall be conducted immediately after receipt of the positive result of the first screening test
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
