[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise records management and warehouse management software.
- Converts all records from the existing EDRMS (enterprise document and records management system) and migrate and convert the additional, identified sources of data, images and records as well as provide the ability to digitize records and monitor and track when records are up for destruction while allowing for an efficient, user-friendly interface throughout the EDRM process, and
- Converts all records storage box records from the existing WMS (warehouse management system) to an efficient, user-friendly application.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
