[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide qualified personnel with skills to perform unarmed security guards and security monitoring services,
- Security guard and security monitoring services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays and college closures,
- Security guards and security monitors shall greet students, staff and visitors in a service-minded and friendly manner,
- Security guards shall act in a professional manner to protect and safeguard students, employees, visitors and property,
- Access Control-locking and unlocking of buildings and spaces for approved personnel,
- Assistance/Escorts -General helpfulness and/or escorts in or out of facilities or spaces,
- Property Control – lost and found property items of value,
- Identification and reporting of safety hazards and maintenance issues,
- Monitoring Services- surveillance cameras, fire, burglar and other emergency alarms, etc. to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
