[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide auction services to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Contractor will be expected to assist the state in obtaining a fair market value and establishing an appropriate sale price.
- Contractor will be expected to facilitate the sale of excess property through live public auctions, online public auctions, or a combination thereof.
- Advertising shall occur in a newspaper circulated in the area in which the auction is to occur and include a description of the property to be sold.
- Contractor shall maintain current active bidder lists and notify, at the very least, individuals on it with Nevada addresses of any auctions that include property from the State.
- Acceptable forms of notification include U.S. Mail, E-mail, SMS, or social media.
- Employees, officers, and agents of the contractor shall not be authorized to bid on State property when it is auctioned.
- LIVE AUCTION SERVICES: -
- Additional auctions may be scheduled as needed
- Some property may require a sale outside of a regular auction.
- ONLINE AUCTION SERVICES: -
- Propose a set of guidelines for evaluating the condition of surplus property to be sold online, such that conditions can be consistently and accurately represented to potential buyers
- Additional online auctions may be scheduled as needed
- Some property may require a sale outside of a regular auction
- The state shall not be required to purchase or install any additional computer hardware or software, or incur costs for ongoing maintenance, support or upgrades.
- The system should be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
- The system must be capable of adding, withdrawing and cancelling auctions without penalty.
- Contractor shall provide live training and support to new system users and buyers.
- Contractor shall have a disaster recovery plan that covers security and system failures.
- Contractor shall identify solutions to provide online auctions hosted onsite at various State properties.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
