[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide salary equity consultant services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.
- To perform a salary equity study to determine whether full time academic faculty members’ salaries are appropriate as compared to the salaries of other faculty at the College based upon years of experience and educational attainment
- Utilize data including educational level, relevant work experience, (including pre-CSN employment and CSN/ employment) and any other data collection tools including faculty evaluations, to conduct an equity analysis for each employee. Based on this analysis make recommendations, if any, for adjustments. Identify costs associated with any recommended adjustments in salary as well as a methodology for making those adjustments,
- Develop strategies to communicate the review process and its outcomes,
- account team members responsible for the proposed CSN contract must be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and levels within the College community. They should be able to translate complex issues and technical information into user-friendly, persuasive oral and written presentations that are built around themes
- A comprehensive communication plan within the College environment will be an essential component of the analysis and assessment functions.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
