[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide public relations and marketing services to develop a brand, promote services and position County as the premier metropolitan area for business and development including to assist in the development and implementation of branding and promotional strategies to assist the Department of Community and Economic Development to engage with their target audience.
• Develop brand, logo and guidelines for use
• Develop and implementation of local, regional, national and international marketing strategies for the primary goals of brand awareness, information dissemination and attraction.
• Develop analytic tools to measure effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies on a quarterly basis.
• Manage ongoing media relations for all activities related to community and economic development
• Write and distribute news releases on various topics related to community and economic development
• Coordinate interviews, letters to the editors and news briefings/media events, and assist in prepping staff for media interviews
• Assist with the development and promotion of special events, trade show attendance and activities
• Assist with development of minority and disadvantaged business outreach
• Coordinate and manage the organization’s social media pages and messaging
• Assist and/or arrange for media buys for advertising (tv, radio, print or digital)
• Assist in the development of advertisements (copy, testimonials or commercial script)
• Assist in the development of presentations and presentation materials
• Assist with and coordinate professional photography shoots
• Develop and update promotional materials, including graphic and design services, for projects which may include, but not be limited to: brochures, flyers, postcards, public outreach materials, logo design, info graphics, photo imaging, document layout, print coordination, and general design consultation.
• Assist in the deployment of various collateral (fact sheets, maps, postcards, annual report)
• Assist with web site content and structure
• Crisis management planning on an as-needed basis

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
