Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for EpiTrax infrastructure implementation and data migration services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure implementation, ongoing support, and data migration services to provide a single statewide disease surveillance system.
- The proposed system should be an Infrastructure as a Service where the EpiTrax open source application will reside. The IaaS will include technical support services for security, including authentication and federation services, and software updates.
- The application will need to be accessible via a Window-based PC, laptop or tablet with appropriate authentication and federation for each jurisdiction.
- A technical solution for infrastructure and associated support and data migration effort. All functional requirements are being met by the EpiTrax implementation executed by SNHD.
- System shall meet or exceed all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Administrative Code, State Information Security Program Policy, and State and Department Security Standards related to the product or service being required/provided.
- Present the platform requirements for efficient operation of the system;
- Review the requirements matrix carefully to ensure that the proposed system design addresses all of the requirements;
- Respond to all of the requirements by properly coding and indicating how the requirement is satisfied. The proposed costs and project plan shall reflect the effort needed to satisfy the requirements.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
