[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity, equity and inclusion consultant services include the ability to successfully surface the issues that most impact our employees, a recommendation of needs to be addressed, as well as a recommendation of ongoing practices that support a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive,
- Design a climate survey, conduct open-ended interviews of employees, and observe the environment using a variety of methods,
- Administer the survey, collect results, analyse data, interpret the needs, document and communicate it into meaningful and actionable information that will be presented to a steering committee, executive leadership and the organization as a whole,
- The results of the survey should be presented in a manner that will assist in developing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program based on the survey findings to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for four years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
