[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide human trafficking awareness advertising services.
- The program involves training all front-line employees, transit operators and security officers on human trafficking awareness and procedures to help remove potential victims from a dangerous situation.
- 1. Outdoor Advertising - Secure a minimum of 20 digital spots for outdoor advertising for a minimum duration of two months.
a. Minimum five (5) second spot and up to 15 seconds per loop.
b. Minimum 1,000 spot run, per day.
c. Vendor to provide exact specifications (attach to the RFQ form)
2. Bathroom Stall Clings – Print and install decal/cling on the back of bathroom stalls at RTC Transit Centers
a. Full color; 8”x10”
b. Print 100 copies; install up to 40 clings
c. Locations: Bonneville Transit Center, South Strip Transit Terminal, Westcliff Transit Center, Centennial Hills Transit Center, Downtown Summerlin Transit Center
3. Business cards - Print a minimum of 10,000 business cards
a. Full Color; 2”x3.5”; cardstock
4. Digital Advertising - Run a social media campaign on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Tiktok for a minimum duration of two months. Vendor to provide exact specifications (attach to RFQ form).
5. The Proposer shall provide a description of their knowledge of locality, and an understanding of project with implementing the Scope of Work included in this RFQ.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
