[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide program management, design and construction management services to pavement management system program manager to the government authority located in Boulder, NV.
- Provide overall program management to achieve the program goal of maintaining all City streets in the 5-year plan
- Public outreach and presentations as needed
- Prepare designs for all projects
- Construction management – administration and inspection
- Monitoring prevailing wage and apprenticeship program requirements
- Update the Pavement Management System (PMS) regularly to reflect completed work, develop program adjustments and alternatives to maximize available funding, update unit cost data, and update quantities with more accurate information when it becomes available and provide overall maintenance of the PMS.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
