Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for risk management information system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management information system which accurately tracks the State’s insurable assets, tabulates employee data, and provides a mechanism for incident reporting and tracking of the State’s self-insured claims including but not limited to the State’s auto physical damage (APD) and property claims,
- Currently, the System is used primarily for claims management, asset tracking and tabulation of employee physicals; however, system should be a robust, customizable system that allows for future expansion and possible integration with future State systems,
- Additionally, the RMIS System has several web-based forms, which allow anonymous Users to report incidents/claims and enter results from employee physicals,
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including but not limited to Skype for Business, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, and SharePoint, as well as browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, and Safari,
-Current RMIS System is a hosted SaaS system, which is accessed via standard web browsers including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Platform also is compatible with mobile platforms that accesses the system via the internet,
- This SaaS system does not currently interface with another other State systems; however, customized fields were created to mirror other State databases to facilitate future interfaces if desired. Current System includes multiple front-facing forms that non-licensed users (employees, agencies, and vendors) access to report incidents and other pertain information,
- Current RMIS System has a property survey called “value tracking” which allows the list of insured properties to be sent to the various agency fiscal contacts for their review and updates if necessary,
- Current RMIS System has customized reports that can be exported to Word, Excel and PDF formats and includes a semi-annual premium billing report that is produced using a combination of calculated fields and a batch process to create billing records for each insured vehicle,
- the application software is not public domain, the awarded vendor shall provide a licensing strategy,
- This includes, but is not limited to, server operating systems, end-user clients, tools, system components, databases and browser plug-ins. This also includes tools that may be required during the project implementation, but not for on-going support.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
