[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party Medicaid administrative and recovery services to manage the billing of the school health services and administrative claiming Medicaid programs through a web-based data management system.
- Maximize Medicaid billing, including new services/revenue streams due to Medicaid expansion, while remaining compliant with federal, State, and local regulations
- Review the District’s records and identify services provided to students that can be claimed under the State’s existing school health services program
- Accept both paper copies and electronic files of Medicaid services logs for data entry
- Create materials to support staff training and to assist with communicating and educating staff on relevant topics as needed
- Maintain security of data from both server and client side as well as mobile devices
- Log services securely from a mobile device.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
