[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial‐off‐the‐shelf electronic document management system procurement and implementation services to manage authority current paper‐based environment spanning the organization, system shall provide authority with a digital landscape to create, manage, and securely share documentation with key internal and external stakeholders to better serve the citizens of reno and sparks secure affordable housing.
(2) A Virtual Pre‐Bid Conference will be held on February 10, 2021.
(3) Question must be submitted no later than February 17, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
