[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public defender services s for fiscal year 2022 and 2023 to the government authority located in Ely, NV.
- Comprehensive Public Defender is expected to handle the following types of cases: any criminal case charged in justice court and the seventh judicial district court; state prison and honour camp cases; cases arising under 432b and/or any cases involving the division of child and family services; juvenile delinquency cases; appeals from justice court to the seventh judicial district court; appeals from the seventh judicial district court to the state supreme court; drug court; pre-conviction and/or post-conviction habeas corpus cases; death penalty cases; civil commitment; competency hearings, any and all writ work arising from the above-mentioned cases.
(2) Question must be submitted no later than February 12, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
