[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide class and compensation study services to conduct an objective job evaluation, classification review and compensation system for all positions and job classification in order to make recommendations regarding the appropriateness, internal equity and external competitiveness, etc.
- Provide a classification structure that ensures regulatory compliance, including allocation of each selected study position to the correct classification with appropriate designation as well as meeting regulation,
- Collect accurate salary and benefit data from approved group of comparator agencies and to ensure that the information is analysed in a manner that is clear and comprehensive to human resources, management and employees, etc. to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2021.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
