[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized, web-based data capture and reporting system that currently use different electronic records systems.
- data system will allow collaboration across systems, which often does not happen due to providers, outside of DCFS, use of different Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- able to facilitate the transfer of data
- ability to link each child/youth electronic health records to either one or multiple programs
- facility to search and eliminate duplicate child/youth health records from the system
- ability to link all natural or external supports of a child/youth
- Implement the ability to allow Nevada to define and manage additional reports (beyond TCOM) within the system
- ability to manage the CANS caseload assignments by program, unit, worker, or supervisor
- ability to easily copy/submit assessments from prior assessments done for the child/youth within 2 button clicks
- ability for the user to enter a score and move to the next item within 1 keystroke.
- ability to configure domain and assessment level scores, including summary strengths and needs
- ability to summarize and prioritize each item in an assessment within a graphical map
- ability to link assessment tools to a program based upon a date (i.e., change the assessment tools within an existing program).
- ability to report and manage alerts at statewide, program, office, service recipient or user level
- ability to update current assessment after a specified period of time or as needed based on changes in circumstances
- ability to define domains for questions and link questions to a domain
- ability to create program measures, analysis, and performance dashboards within the system based on each question/assessment
- end user ability to manage authorized users, including individual staff and organization/agency access, potential need for patient access to their own records.
- role-based security which allows users to be linked to multiple roles, offices, programs, or supervisors
- administrative ability to define an external organization and link a user to that organization.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
