- Specialty Physician Fees
- Circulatory Testing
- Timeliness of Claims Processing: Provide a detailed response of how the timeliness of processing and claims payments are monitored
- In addition, discuss historical claims payment time averages and processes in place to prevent delays in payments to policy holders and providers
- Customer Service: Discuss your customer service plan for servicing policy holders (to include customer service performance standards and statistics on customer service functions, hours of operation, after-hours call handling, staffing, training, access to claims information, abilities to resolve claim inquiries and complaints during the call, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2021.
