Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for contract nursing services for medically fragile students.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contract nursing services for medically fragile students to students at various locations to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Anticipated that approximately 30 nurses (estimated 25 Licensed Practical Nurses and 5 Registered Nurses) may be required,
- The amount may fluctuate predicated upon available funding and demand for services. Services shall be provided in a manner that is consistent with the recognized best practices in medical care,
- Perform functions such as specialized health procedures, assessment of student health status, documentation of services, on-going monitoring of students in their care, to include classroom time, hall passing, bus ride (when applicable), during meals, field trips and other school based activities,
- Maintain communication and collaboration with designated District Health Services Department staff regarding student health status or other relevant issues relating to students in their care
- Document all information related to student health care, per District: procedures, policies and regulations
- Documentation shall be performed using the existing District electronic student health record (or alternative District paper format, as needed) and will reflect the parameters stated in the licensed health care provider orders, to include student name, type of procedure performed, name and dosing information of medication or feeding solution (if applicable). Nurses shall also document student response and other miscellaneous information as provided by parent or observed by the Nurse.
- Documentation of billable health care procedures in the existing District Medicaid reimbursement electronic record.
- Other as prescribed by the District.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
