[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Verify and review claimant information including but not limited to screenings, reports, location services, counterclaims, and further judgements,
- Ability to locate and garnish wages and bank accounts,
- Ability to lien personal or real property inside and outside the state,
- Prepare and fully execute additional complaints or judgements against non-responsive claimants,
- Provide, at minimum, monthly communication and follow-up to the, of collection efforts and activity, including successful or unsuccessful collection of assigned debt,
- Upon debt assignment to the collection agency, establish a mutually agreed upon repayment plan for collected debt to be returned to the based upon State accounting terms and policies, and in accordance with collection account fees and contingency rates agreed upon as part of a final contract.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15,2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
