[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 911 support system include 24 x 7 x 365 telephone support for troubleshooting, advice, technical support, questions and answers product operation, repair, damage control, and information.
- All labor necessary to support/facilitate the repair and/or replacement of any system hardware. All labor necessary to repair, replace, troubleshoot, fix, assess, remedy, or restore system operability (as required by severity level). Replacement of any and/or all parts, components, equipment, elements, and items for and of any system hardware and/or for system operability.
- Complete and total maintenance, warranty, and support of the WestTel International NG9-1-1 system, including hardware and software, for any reason other than malicious vandalism or an Act of God / Force Majeure. The service and maintenance warranty must include:
1) Replacement of all hardware components as needed;
2) WestTel software releases supplied in accordance with adopted i3/NG9-1-1 standards and guidance.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
