[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a marketing campaign in English and in Spanish to raise awareness about opportunities in short-term and long-term training, education, and registered apprenticeship,
- At a time when a greater number of individuals require services, social distancing guidelines are reducing classroom and training capacity and our ability to go into the community and engage with potential participants,
- Encompass a complete design of a creative, cost-effective, dynamic, diverse, and integrated year-round marketing and outreach campaign aimed at reaching the established targeted audiences for Lifeworks and Project,
- Organize outreach activities designed to ensure equitable access to workforce development and training efforts,
- Launch state wide marketing campaign specific to accelerated programs available to dislocated workers through community colleges and libraries (English/Spanish),
- Workforce stakeholders lead outreach to community partners to raise awareness about pathway options,
- Develop templates that streamline reporting and integration to centralize information,
- Identify marketing strategies to target audiences,
- Identify advertisement needs in areas where stronger outreach and advertisement presence is needed and Boost awareness among customers in targeted areas so that participants
seek assistance at community college partners,
- Public relations, project management, communications, media purchasing, digital communications, including updating website design and usability, content, and social media development, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
