Vendor needs to provide broadband technical, project management, and consulting services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Every Nevadan has access to affordable broadband service at home that scales to levels above the agency minimum standard for broadband.
- Every school and library in Nevada have access to broadband at speeds that scales to levels above the agency minimum standard for broadband.
- All rural hospitals, health clinics, and state correctional facilities are connected to a broadband connection sufficient to provide tele-health services.
- Make access to broadband infrastructure and access to a workforce skilled in broadband infrastructure construction an economic development competitive advantage for NV.
- Ensure that decisions and investments are made through the lens of equity, acknowledging that Nevada cannot become truly connected without connecting its most underserved and vulnerable communities.
- The successful vendor will partner with OSIT to accomplish these objectives by providing broadband-related outreach and engagement, analytical, technical, project management, procurement, and consulting services as directed by OSIT.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
