[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide demand language translation services via audio or video when a language other than Spanish is requested or a District interpreter is not available. These services are used for variety of meetings such as but not limited to Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Child Find Assessments. While Spanish is the most common language, there approximately 150 additional languages spoken at the District, the most common include Arabic, Amharic, Cantonese, Korean, Portuguese, Mandarin, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. The District typically requires 150-300 appointments on a monthly basis.
a. Provide language translation services via audio and or video.
b. Provide a designated phone number for the District to schedule appointments.
c. Provide a monthly call detail summary report.
d. Response time of no less than 24 hours.
e. Perform other duties as assigned by the District

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
