Government Authority located in Carson City, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for sidewalk and feature data collection service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a minimum of two FTEs to perform ADA data collection of sidewalk corridors and feature data collection to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Sidewalk corridor data shall include objective stroll and feature data that is related to the access and safety of all pedestrian user groups. Objective data shall be recorded and reported to allow comparison with requirements for slopes, grades, and dimensional information for the verification of ADA accessibility of all sidewalk corridors and features.
- Attributes to be recorded shall include cross slopes, minimum clearance widths, vertical and horizontal discontinuities, missing features, curb ramps, pedestrian pushbuttons, and driveways.
- All data shall be recorded with the ability to be put into Geographic Information System (GIS) shapefiles and/or entered directly into a Department ArcGIS collector application for transmission to DEPARTMENT.
- The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide an analysis of the data to assist the DEPARTMENT with determining the compliance or non-compliance of each feature that is assessed.
- The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide the technology needed for the data collection, analysis and transmission of all sidewalk corridor line data and feature point data to the DEPARTMENT.
- The SERVICE PROVIDER shall outline all equipment to be used and how the assessment hardware, software and the related calibration procedures will be used to accomplish the sidewalk assessments.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
