Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for tax credit compliance monitoring services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified, licensed firms with experience in Tax Credit Compliance to service as the Compliance Monitor to ensure that the assets, especially the first-year tenant files are maintained in full compliance with all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations and other requirements to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Review and ensure compliance with applicable Partnership Documents including but not limited to Regulatory and Operating Agreements, Land Use Restriction Agreements, Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreements and other such governing documents as necessary;
- Ensure compliance with income limit commitments made in the tax credit applications and included in the LURAs
- Electronic Compliance Reporting Filing Agreement;
- Owner’s Designation of Administrator of Accounts;
- Provide written reports of pending and/or proposed federal and/or state regulatory and legislative amendments;
- Conduct sample monthly audits with issuance of written audit report for tax credit tenant file and unit compliance;
- Make recommendations to improve data collection and business processes related to ensuring LIHTC compliance
- Create an in-house compliance manual outlining compliance procedures including compliance checklist and update as changes or updates in compliance regulation, procedure or policy occur;
- Review and update forms used to ensure compliance;
- Maintenance of compliance best practices; and
- Guarantee of same day or next day turnaround on items submitted for review
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
