(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation consulting services to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
- Review building permit applications within the city’s historic district and provide recommendations on the certificates of appropriateness,
- Help the city update the existing design guidelines for neighbourhoods within the existing historic district to clarify historic features that better conform.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
