[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosting services for air quality monitoring.
- Web Site Design, Develop, Test, and host a new public facing website to present government provided air quality data polled from existing air quality monitoring sites; Access real time data obtained from the assigned air quality monitors via static IP addresses; Allow customizable public information system for external users; Allow for password protected internal user access (1-5 internal users) to ensure data dependability; Must have ability to easily generate graphs and reports from individual monitors; Map service to show physical location of monitors within the district and allow public users ability to scroll over and see individual monitor information; Mobile access to data through iPhone (IOS) & Android applications, is desired but not required.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
