[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third generation self-service kiosks to reduce customer wait time by continuing to offer alternative service delivery options with multiple payment methods and immediate product delivery.
- The kiosks shall enable customers with unrestricted transactions including, but not limited to, vehicle registration renewals and reinstatements, duplicate registrations or decals, driver’s license or identification card renewals and driver history printouts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be four years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
