[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide certified community behavioral healthcare centers services with a robust user-friendly data collection system process that features a ‘help’ component to easily navigate on a daily basis and the system will notify staff of needed tasks, timelines, and schedules based upon set criterion of information and matched with policy data to the government authority located in Ely, NV.
- Quality Incentive Payment (QIP) Calculations utilizing the 21 quality measures.
- Data from providers to show the shadow billed codes in the provider electronic health records system.
- Ensuring that the certified community behavioral healthcare centers have accurate data for the calculations of the quality incentive payment, shadow billing, demographic, and session data.
- Generating a cost savings when applying the formula to the data subsets, accurate calculations are needed to ensure that the State is not overpaying.
- Implementing a Client portal for the satisfaction survey completion.
- Vendor’s telecommunications or data communications network must be compatible with State security standards and general compatibility or be able to interface with state platforms and interconnections unless there are mutually agreed upon exceptions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
